Now I have learned a lot way more. I've learned to the point that people ask me questions.

So this gets me to my point..I hate seeing people doing heavy weights and fucking so out of form. Struggling is one thing, but to struggle where you're blowing your back out for a bicep curl is retarded. When I see people do lat pulldowns, they pull all the way back JUST BECAUSE they're lifting heavier.

I love to workout, but I don't do it like an idiot.

My friends *note I'm the smallest one* I out do them on weights & strength, but it's always with good form as well.

It feels good to come this far, even though I don't look like the Roman sculpture I'm aiming for yet, but I damn sure look better than I did last year or the years before.

My soccer skills have stepped up because before I was only speed & dribble, but now I have added strength which makes me deadlier on the pitch. It's not that easy to push me of the ball anymore.
we all get annoyed by people using heavy weights and crappy form. I got over the contempt for these people. Nowadays I just laugh at them.

My pappy taught me how to lift, and he was a state champ powerlifter, so we focused on form before weight.

I squated ass to ground with just the bar for 3 months just to make sure my form was good.

the only lift that will induce messed up form, is the deadlift. If you're lifting your 1 rep max, there's a good chance that your back will start to round at the top because the weight is heavy.

I do believe, big weight equals big muscle, but ONLY when the you are going the heaviest you can without sacrificing your form.

I use drop sets to force fill my muscles with blood which results in surpassing any previous peaks you may have reached. Therefore high reps doesn't always = toning. As long as you are fatiguing your muscle, you are at the first step of tearing them down to rebuild.

But like I said, go as heavy as you can with perfect form for the quickest results. Then resort to drop sets, if they work for you like they do for me.

And I personally wouldn't do anything but legs on leg day. Same with back. But everyone's goals are different, that's just me. When I hit these muscle groups it's HARD and to the point where I wouldn't dare do anything else simply because of a possible and likely calorie deficit which would lead to a catabolic state.

the fuck you mean "drop sets"?

And when you say heavy as you can go with perfect form....how many reps are you looking at?

Grab a 25 lb dumbell, do a set, then drop to 15 do a set, then drop to 10 and do a set.

that is a drop set. I always incorporate them on bi/tri day.

and when i'm bulking i keep my reps no more than 12 and as little 8... sometimes 6.

if you are getting 12 easily, with perfect form... increase weight.

    Re: Working Out

i meant to clarify that i do 2-4 reps on major movements: squats, deads, bench, push press, shoulder press.

And the price is affordable as fuck like are these motherfuckers money launderers that they set their prices so low? Noxplode is a rip off compared to this product.

Working out with a chick is the best...

They want to fuck you after.

"Hey, want to go to the gym today?"

Me- "Tell me the time and I'm there"

Then she see's me walk in with one of my soccer shorts flexing my beautiful sexy soccer stud legs...and they're waxed now too. #HadAChickWaxMyLegsThisWeekendAtMyCribAndMassageMe TooSwag....Colombian at that.

I ditched her for the pool after though. My friends started a Fifa tournament and I joined...was losing 0-3 my first match and I came back to tie.

    Second game I won.

    Re: Working Out

i don't like training WITH girls, because they usually end up sitting around looking bored

if we go the gym together, we'll usually split up and end up during cardio together

    Re: Working Out

^ yeah, working out with a girl usually holds me back. I end up in a conversation or rushing my workout feeling bad that she's just sitting around. Unless they do cardio while I work out, that works.
