Looks pretty much similar likeness of spittin image resemblance to the last one dude,
ya still need alotta wrk..
the text is bad...and the random splatter brushing doesnt wrk well
ther no real focal point...work on the lighting aspect
..backround is blahh...alotta randomness..kind of a mess
...check some tuts for technique..some people hate all the tuts and shit..but i think ther helpful wen ur just starting out...so you no how to use the different elements of photoshop...
..but ya...just keep working on em...
