Need opinions. Havent tried them out at all, and people say you can try them out at Guitar Center.. uhh, not at mine. Studio Projects C1, or the AudioTechnica AT4040. Need a decision asap. Thanks. By the way, this is passive.

If u cant try them out then all you can do is guess lol. No one mic is better than the other in this range its just about which works best on ur voice. I had the 4040 and its pretty transparent and natural. Only consistent thing I've heard about the C1 is it tends to be overly hyped in the high end.
