You can google to find many programs for this, but most will only be trial programs that you can then purchase. If you dig hard enough you can probably find a free one or you can pirate one, but me not being nice enough to dig forever for you here's one for you with a trial period and since you don't seem like you have a great need for it other than for this it should be fine for you. just use itunes man. It's easy. You just right click the song and select "make mp3 version. And you can adjust the file format and quality settings in the program preferences.
Use an online MP3 converter known as YouTube2Video for all of these tasks. You won't regret it.
